Property Reserach inc. was originally created by Dan Davis back in 1970. This was the first real estate company he ever opened. Over 45 years later the company has operated under many names, most recently Dan Davis Realty, but the entity Property Research has remained in the back ground from day one. Danny Davis, Dan's son, has been the designated Broker at the company for over 5 years. With the intent of taking the company into the next generation, while retaining what has been built, Danny as brought PRI back in the spotlight.
Property Research is a hybrid real estate company. Licensed in both Idaho and Washington, Property Research functions not only as a real estate brokerage representing Buyers and Sellers in real estate transactions. But also they also are investors. Buying and owning real estate in our local market they can offer clients the perspective of a seasoned Brokerage, was well as the perspective of fellow investors who buy and own the same type of properties they sell.
Dan Davis has over 40 years of experience in real estate services in both Idaho and Washington. Dan is licensed in both Idaho and Washington. Dan is a jack of all trades, selling everything from residential homes, ranches, large commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and waterfront. Dan also has a passion for developing on his own. With a history of building and contracting his own 200+ unit apartment complexes, mini storages, high end condos, and even the basic single family home. Dan utilizes his knowledge from his own developing experience to continue as an active broker listing and selling.
Danny Davis has been an actively licensed Realtor since 2006, and has been a licensed Broker since 2008. The youngest ever licensed in the State of Idaho. Danny has been hands on with all of PRI's investments as well as actively representing Buyers and Sellers in both commercial and residential transcations. Danny is currently serving as the President of the Coeur D'Alene Association of Realtors, and is currently serving on a handful of State Committees for the Idaho Association of Realtors.
